PlayStation Plus November: Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider Remastered
PlayStation Plus November brings Dead Island 2, Tomb Raider Remastered, and Monster Train 2.
PlayStation Plus is adding three quite different games to the service this November, and there's something here for most moods.
Starting November 3rd through the end of the month, subscribers get access to Dead Island 2, a zombie game set in Los Angeles that centers on brutal melee combat. If you've been curious about that kind of mayhem, this is a chance to try it without committing to a purchase.
Alongside that is Tomb Raider IV – VI Remastered, which bundles three entries from the classic adventure series: Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, Tomb Raider: Chronicles, and Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness. These games shaped how a generation knew Lara Croft, and having them polished up and available together makes for a good way to revisit or discover where the franchise was heading in those years.
Rounding out the month is Monster Train 2, a single-player deckbuilding roguelite that takes you through Heaven and Hell. If you're drawn to the strategic, replayable nature of deckbuilders, this one's worth exploring; the premise alone suggests real personality in the design.
All three stay in your library as long as you keep your PlayStation Plus subscription, which means November's a solid month to try something outside your usual rotation—whether that's the kinetic action of Dead Island 2, the archaeological puzzle-solving of those Tomb Raider classics, or the turn-based strategy of Monster Train 2.
