Bandai Namco Entertainment has unveiled a new trailer for Digimon Story Time Stranger, revealing that a demo is now available for players. The demo features two significant parts: the prologue and an option to dive into the Digital World Iliad. In the prologue, players take on the role of an ADAMAS agent tasked with investigating mysterious disturbances in Shinjuku. After experiencing the prologue, players can unlock a mission in the Digital World, although only data from the prologue will carry over to the full game.

The game is set to launch on October 3 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. This JRPG invites players on an adventure that traverses both time and various worlds. They will collect and raise an array of Digimon to combat in turn-based battles, exploring the deep connection between humans and Digimon while uncovering the mystery behind their world’s imminent collapse.

For those who enjoyed the previous title, Digimon Survive, released globally in July 2022, this new installment promises more engaging gameplay. Kazumasa Habu, a noted producer for the franchise, announced in February 2024 that he would conclude his role as producer.
